You should watch this

Netflix suggested that I might like this Syfy movie Alice. Good job Netflix. I loved it


If you have Netflix and are looking for something to watch on instant watch this. It's a modern take on Alice in Wonderland and is really well done. I must have watched the last scene of the movie 20 times. I'm not even exaggerating.

Night in and lap battles

Last night I stayed in and watched One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest with the kitties. They kept fighting for lap space. Bosco eventually won by sitting on Mr. Binx until he got annoyed and left.

I've decided this year to watch as many classic films as I can. There are so many I haven't seen. I think that's a good goal and one I can actually accomplish in 2012.

More movies tonight, although I don't know if Aliens is considered a classic and I've seen it many times. It's a Ginny classic.

I have a #confession to make.

I have a crush on Steve Martin. Normally I'm not into older guys. I briefly dated a guy who was ten years older than me and the age difference made me uncomfortable and now I'm with a guy who is four years younger than me. That being said, I just think Steve Martin is the best. I love everything he does and think he's super talented.

That's some serious talent.  He also just happened to write and star in one of my favorite movies, Shop Girl.  




How could you say no to Ray Porter?  Steve Martin still looks good and he's in his 60s!  This movie is guaranteed to make me cry every viewing.  I have yet to read the novella that the movie is based off of but it's on my list.
