Dinner is served

If I could have dinner with one person in history it would be Henry VIII.  I'm using a pic of Jonathan Rhys Meyers as Henry VIII because who wouldn't want to look at that!  I'd like to have dinner pre festering leg wound because I wouldn't want my appetite ruined.  Maybe Anne Boleyn could join us too?

I've always had a fascination with this time period.  There was so much going on with religion and politics not to mention a king who was known to lose his temper.  I understand why the ladies loved him.  He was handsome, tall, charming and not to mention the King of England.  I would prefer just being his mistress.  I still get the dresses and jewels but I also get to keep my head.

I watched the Tudors and there were some inaccuracies but I just ignored them because that series is good tv watching.  I cried during the last few episodes.  It was like I was saying good bye to friends.  Crazy crazy friends.

Who would you have dinner with?
