Back on track

All I ate this weekend was junk.  It was one giant delicious cheesy carb fest.  Today it's time to get back on track.  I woke up early and did the 30 Day Shred and ate a healthy breakfast of yogurt with a granola bar.  I'm craving a veggie packed salad for lunch.

I really need to buckle down in the next couple of weeks before I go to Vegas.  I love food and refuse to cut out anything I love completely.  I can make healthier choices though and cut back on the junk.
