The #college students are going to kill me or drive me insane

I was dragging at work yesterday.  I didn't really take the time to recover from camping.  Combine that with crappy weather and playing catch up at work and I just wanted the day to be over.  Oh but it's not over yet!  I have to take the T home.  The college students have returned!  Complete with giant back packs and Ugg boots.

Please stop hitting me with your giant back pack or I will beat you with your own Uggs.  Good old B train you never fail to annoy me in some way.  Also, did I talk that loud and fast when I was 18?  Dear lord I'm sorry if I did.

Moving on I'm rocking some kick ass burns on my left hand.

Thumbs up to leper hand.

I sound like such a cranky pants.  Really things are looking up now that I got some sleep.  I also have to say that your comments are really making my life lately.  I feel like I've been more free in my blogging and just writing what's going on in my life and in my head and you guys have really been responding to that.  So thank you.  I love your comments and I try to visit all your blogs because I like to share the internet love and there are tons of fantastic blogs out there.

Blogging is so much more fun when you just let your thoughts go and just write it out.

  1. Just stumbled upon your blog from the blog of the other Sassy Pants...and it seems we have some things in common. I am a paralegal who also has to struggle through college/high school students on the T.

Looking forward to creeping through your blog more =D

  3. We did warn you that would happen when you moved across the river. :p

A few years ago I was at an event with my mom and saw a bunch of kids running around like fools. I felt compelled to apologize for my childhood behavior in retrospect. #getoffmylawn :)

  4. Ouch on the burns! They look nasty, hope they heal quickly.

I often think "I can't have been that annoying, right?" when I look at highschoolers and uni students on the train. And then I think "I really need to learn to drive so I can ditch these goobers". Oh the joys of public transport :P

  5. @Salem - Thanks for visiting! Do you live in Boston too? Paralegals are pretty awesome people ;)

@Kayleigh - I agree. It's much more fun and seems to produce better posts.

@Robin - I know I know! It should calm down in a month or two. I've apologized to my mom in that way too ha ha.

@Lozzz - I hope so too. They don't hurt that much anymore though. "Ditch these goobers" ha ha ha love it.

  6. So public schools started today here in good ol' NYC...and the train was packed with little hipster teenagers with their stupid backpacks and loud voices. Being a commuter really blows this time of year. I feel your pain, and I also feel a few beat-them-with-their-own-uggs situations coming up...soon (and it's only the first day)
